Our North Room, a charming queen bedded room, is decorated in a relaxing sage green.  Billowy white curtains outline the windows and touches of black and white toile complete the new look of this charming room.  There is a comfy wing chair to curl up in for reading and relaxing.

The East Room is a favorite with couples looking for a romantic getaway.  The room boasts a king size bed and is painted in a warm country blue with white eyelet curtains on the windows that overlook the country club across the street.  Comfy chairs for reading or relaxing complete this special room.

The South Room is decorated in earth tones with a garden theme.  There is a wicker love seat, coffee table and country quilts on the King size wicker bed which makes this a very popular room.

 The West Room is distinguished by its lovely ivory colored walls and green trim, lace curtains on the windows, and a country quilt on the queen bed. A private bath with tub and shower is just adjacent. Bathrobes are provided for your use in this charming room.

Each of the second floor bedrooms has been beautifully renovated and features private bath, air conditioning (while in season) and ample space to relax.

Among other amenities, there is a hair dryer, and cable television in every room. Sit back and enjoy the fresh air on our large front porch or lounge comfortably alongside our pool in the summer months. On cold nights, relax in front of our romantic fireplace. It's a warm inviting spot to listen to music and share an evening snack.

Each morning awake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and savor Rosemary's specially prepared breakfast including scones and muffins.

RATES FOR 2008

Rates range according to season and room type from $160 to $345 per room, per night. Please call for specific dates and we will be happy to advise what we have available.

 
All rooms have private bath, small refrigerator, television, hair dryer, and air conditioning in season.  Room prices are per night, based on double occupancy.   Breakfast included depending on season continental/full breakfast offered.  We are a non-smoking home. Pool is for B&B guests only.

Non-Refundable one night deposit due at time of reservation.  Cancellations with 14 days advance notice will receive credit for another stay. Administration Fee $35.00 for changes.

Lodging Guidelines

• Occupancy limited to two guests per room. Adults only please.

• Check in 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please call us if these times are not convenient for you so that we may make other arrangements.

• Check out 11 a.m.

• 2 night minimum stay during high season.

• 3-5 night minimum holiday weekends.

• May through September, an additional $25 will be charged for one night stays, as available.

• Reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit/guarantee.

• Holiday weekends must be paid in full two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival.

• No refunds for early departures.

• We are a non-smoking home. Burning candles or cooking in our bedrooms is not permitted. 

• There is a kennel nearby for your pets. We cannot accommodate pets of any type…no matter the size or how cute!!

• Open Year Round

• Gift Certificates Available.

• Any refund will be subject to a $35.00 handling fee.

• Management reserves the right to adjust policies as necessary.
